Finca Las Calmas is located in the hills of the Granada province, just 12 minutes from the village of Moraleda de Zafayona and 40 minutes from Granada city and the Alhambra.

The final 2.5 km take you along a quiet countryside road through olive groves — well-maintained and suitable for all cars.
For the smoothest route, please always arrive via Moraleda de Zafayona.
(Approaching via Salar is possible but involves a longer countryside road.)

Yes, our hotel is adults-only and designed for guests who appreciate quiet, calm and space.

Yes, we host boutique retreats such as women’s wellbeing, men’s direction and mindful living retreats.

Can I rent a Land Rover through you?

Yes, you can. We work with a trusted local dealer and arrange the rental for you during your stay.


Do you offer single occupancy rates?

Room rates are per room, per night, and include breakfast and daily housekeeping, whether for one or two guests.
Single rates apply only to certain packages based on two guests.

Do you accept children?

We are an Adults Only hotel (16+). This is also applicable on our FLC Villa Rent.

Do you accept group bookings?

Group bookings are accepted on request only. Please note that we do not host party groups, stag/hen parties, or student groups, to ensure a peaceful atmosphere for all guests.

Is breakfast included?

Yes, daily breakfast is included in all rates.

Is daily housekeeping included?

Yes, at no extra charge.

What is your cancellation policy?
