A place you choose,
far from the everyday
fine dining restaurant
Solenne is at the heart of your stay at Finca las Calmas.
An intimate fine dining experience shaped by seasonality, precision and calm.
The Philosophy of
Solenne
Pure . Honest . Essential
Solenne is both our fine dining restaurant and our philosophy.
Inspired by the French word solennel, it reflects a way of cooking rooted in restraint, sincerity, and presence.
Each dish is composed with respect for the season, the product, and the moment in which it is served.
Flavors are allowed to speak quietly—but with clarity.
The kitchen
at Solenne
Led by chef Gerard Langenhof, the cuisine is rooted in classical French technique, shaped by the Mediterranean, and refined by a deep respect for seasonality.
Ingredients are sourced with intention—many from our own garden—and the menu evolves with the rhythm of nature.
With only four tables, every dish is part of a quiet and personal experience, where precision and simplicity define the plate.
Solenne is open for dinner from Wednesday to Saturday, and for an extended lunch experience on Sunday.
The restaurant is closed on Sunday evening, Monday and Tuesday.
We strongly recommend planning your stay around our opening days to fully experience Solenne.
Reservations are required due to the limited number of tables.
