The kitchen at Solenne is guided by chef Gerard, whose approach is rooted in simplicity, balance and deep respect for ingredients.

Rather than imposing a personal signature, Gerard cooks with attention to what the season offers and what feels right in the moment. His role is not to dominate the experience, but to quietly support it β€” creating dishes that feel natural, thoughtful and precise.

    For this reason, we do not operate on fixed opening days, but offer flexible dinner evenings, aligned with hotel occupancy and advance reservations.

    Solenne is open for dinner up to four evenings per week.
    This allows us to cook with full focus, calm, and quality β€” exactly as we intend.

    We serve a carefully prepared breakfast daily for our hotel guests.
    When Solenne is open for dinner, we warmly welcome you to an intimate culinary experience in our own style.

    We kindly recommend reserving your dinner in advance, so we can tailor your stay with the greatest care.

  • Each morning at Solenne, breakfast is a quiet, unhurried celebration of fresh, locally sourced and mostly house-made dishes, guided by simplicity and care, offering wholesome, healthy, and balanced flavors that nourish the body and gently set the tone for the day ahead.

  • We are happy to accommodate vegetarian menus and genuine food allergies when communicated in advance.
    As Solenne works with set menus, we are unable to adjust dishes based on personal preferences. Guests seeking Γ  la carte dining are warmly referred to nearby restaurants in the area. Thank you for your understanding

    With a small number of tables and set dining moments, availability is restricted, and reservations are needed.
