“We don’t cook to impress,
but to bring refinement.”

by Gerard Langenhof

Solenne is derived from the French word solennel, which refers to something done with attention, intention and meaning.

The name reflects exactly the way we cook and welcome our guests.

The Philosophy of
Solenne

A quiet, intentional approach to dining.

Centered at Solenne, we are not trying to surprise with complexity but with clarity.
We strip away everything that is not essential, allowing flavor, product, and precision to speak for themselves.

Each menu starts from classical cuisine and is centred around simplicity, clarity, and flavor.
No excess and spectacle, but attention to what truly matters.

Chef Gerad Langenhof

Led by chef Gerard Langenhof, the cuisine is rooted in classical French technique and shaped by the Mediterranean surroundings.

Ingredients are selected for their quality and seasonality, sourced from our garden and trusted producers. The menu changes daily, guided by what is at its best.

With only four tables, each dish is prepared with focus and care—where intentional simplicity, precision, and clarity define the plate.
