White wine with citrus and herbaceous aromas with vegetal accents, a fresh wine with a very good acidity and a salty mineral state, characteristic of the vineyard's environment.

This white wine has a silky and balanced taste with an aroma of tropical fruit with a predominance of pineapple and mango, a persistent finish with a lot of volume in the mouth. If you like Chardonnay, there is a good chance that you will also like this Viognier! Another typical feature is the oily feeling that you feel in the middle of your tongue. This is strongly reminiscent of the buttery that Chardonnays can also have. The character of the Forastero is very accessible.

You can smell the torrontes grape from a distance, a grape full of aromas. The perfumed grape always stands out! Not surprising because the torrontes grape comes from the muscat d'Alexandria, a grape that we also know as a perfumed grape with many aromas. This red wine is by Ramón Saavedra from Bodega Cauzón in Granada, Spain. It is made from Garnacha grapes that spontaneously ferment with native yeasts and macerate in steel for two days. Voting is also done in steel for about a year. It is bottled without filtering, fining or adding sulfur dioxide. On the palate it is tasty and smooth, with abundant notes of red fruit and flowers on the nose. Delicious with duck.

Energetic fruit bomb made from 100% Merlot from very high altitude vineyards in the Sierra Nevada, made by the iconic Ramon Saavedra. Full of generous, almost sweet-juicy fruit that is beautifully cut through by the strong acidity - the result of the large temperature differences between day and night that characterize the sunny mountain terroir. Made purely on the fruit with fermentation and maturation in a stainless steel tank, bottling without filtering or added sulphite. Works a treat with the barbecue, hamburgers, spare ribs or other festive meat dishes where ripeness, juice and freshness are desired in the wine.

Ramon Saavedra makes natural wines high up in Granada's Sierra Nevada Mountains, 1200 meters above sea level. The temperature is extreme, ranging from hot days to cold nights, resulting in slow ripening of the grapes and high acidity. Cauzon Tinto is made from Tempranillo grapes grown on clay and sand soil, macerated on skins for eight days, and aged for six months in stainless steel. Tastes like: violets, strawberries and pomegranate. It is like fresh juice with some red fruit and black pepper notes, and hints of fresh yogurt. Perfect with: sushi, tuna stew, grilled sardines, mackerel and tomato pizzas.

The vinyeard is situated on an altitude of 1300m. Vinification: 50% direct pressing and all together macerated for 4-5 days. Aged for 1 year in large barrels (500ltr). Bottled in Nov 23. No added sulfites. An extreme wine in terms of latitude and altitude.

Clear and clean appearance. Very beautiful light pink color, reminiscent of amaranth, there are even light fuchsia nuances visible. Delicate and suggestive, the white drupe stands out, like peach, with hints of citrus and red fruits. Fresh and silky, the elegant acidity is balanced with a complex fruity memory and a certain sweetness due to maturation on the lees. Very pleasant to drink.
