A retreat for women who feel constantly “on,” even when there is nothing they need to do.

This retreat offers a calm, grounded space to move from surviving toward softening.
Not to fix what’s wrong, but to create safety, rest, and regulation in your body and nervous system.

Why this retreat may be right for you

This retreat may resonate if:

  • your body struggles to truly relax, even during time off

  • you feel easily overstimulated or constantly alert

  • rest feels unfamiliar or difficult

  • you long for deep rest without having to analyse or solve anything

You don’t need to understand what’s happening—only to feel that slowing down is needed.

Who this retreat is for

This retreat is created for women who experience ongoing tension, restlessness, or fatigue and sense that their nervous system has very little margin left.

You may be functioning well on the outside while internally feeling depleted or overstretched.
You don’t need any experience with yoga, meditation, or coaching.

This retreat is suitable if you are open to:

  • slowing down

  • a gentle, body-based approach

  • safety instead of intensity

  • rest without expectations

Everything is invitational. Nothing is forced.

What you can expect

  • A small, intimate group (minimum 5, maximum 8 participants)

  • Gentle, restorative yoga (restorative & somatic yin)

  • Daily short meditative coaching sessions (20–30 minutes)

  • Plenty of silence, free time and time in nature

  • An intuitive art workshop (details to follow)

  • Personal attention within a calm, spacious structure

There is no pressure to share.
Nothing needs to be solved or processed.

This retreat is about regulation, safety, and slowing down.

A quiet finca surrounded by nature, offering space to retreat, rest, and be held by stillness.

  • 4 nights in a shared room

  • All meals (breakfast, lunch & dinner)

  • Daily yoga & breathwork

  • Meditative group coaching & workshops

  • Creative art workshop (integral part of the retreat)

  • Retreat workbook

  • Bottle of Finca las Calmas olive oil

  • Water, coffee & tea

  • All group sessions and ample free time

Essence is the complete retreat experience, carried by the group.
Flights and transfers are not included.

SIGNATURE — Private Room

More privacy, quiet and personal space

€ 2,095 per person

Includes:

  • 4 nights in a private room

  • Everything included in the Essence package

Signature offers the same depth, with additional space for yourself.
Flights and transfers are not included.

Registration & confirmation

All registrations are initially placed on a waiting list.

A retreat is confirmed once the minimum of 5 participants is reached.
At that moment, you will be invited to pay a 25% deposit to secure your place.
No payment is required before confirmation.

The maximum group size is 8 participants, ensuring a calm atmosphere and balanced accommodation.
