Solenne is the intimate restaurant at Finca las Calmas — and at the heart of the experience of staying here.
Led by chef Gerard Langenhof, the kitchen follows a seasonal and focused approach rooted in precision and restraint.
With only four tables and a maximum of ten guests per evening, each service is deliberately small and carefully paced.
We work exclusively with a fixed menu, allowing the kitchen to cook with full attention and intention.
This is not casual dining, but a quiet, immersive experience — designed for guests who wish to surrender to the rhythm of the evening.
Solenne follows a deliberately limited schedule, allowing each service to be prepared with full focus and care.
Dinner is served from Wednesday to Saturday, with an extended lunch experience on Sunday.
