Solenne is the intimate restaurant of Finca Las Calmas.
With only four tables and a maximum of ten guests per service, we offer a curated dining experience rooted in seasonality, precision and restraint.
We work exclusively with fixed menus, allowing the kitchen to cook with full focus and rhythm.
This is not casual dining.
It is a culinary journey, designed for guests who wish to surrender to the experience.
A considered weekly rhythm.
Solenne follows a calm and intentional schedule.
Dinner is served on selected evenings from Wednesday to Saturday.
Sunday is dedicated to an extended lunch experience.
On Sunday evening, Monday and Tuesday, the restaurant is at rest.

At Finca las Calmas we host a small selection of carefully curated retreats. Some are guided by guest teachers, each bringing their own expertise and perspective.
Alongside these, we offer our own Calma Essence Retreats — intimate gatherings for women who feel the need to pause. No rigid program. No pressure to change. Just space, quiet, and room to reconnect with what feels true.
